How to Find & Use your Assembly Instructions

Every Vention design comes with assembly instructions that can be generated from within the MachineBuilder page for that specific design. This page will explain how to locate and download your design’s assembly instructions, as well as how to use them to assist you in assembling your project.

How to Find your Design Page

1. Navigate to your dashboard. You can reach your dashboard by going to vention.com/dashboard or by going to vention.com, clicking on your account icon, and selecting 'Home' from the dropdown menu.
2. Click 'Designs' on the left-hand menu pane.
3. Select 'My Designs' to filter the list of designs to only those you have access to.
4. Click the title of the desired design to open the MachineBuilder page for your design.

How to Download your Assembly Instructions

1. In the bottom-left of the MachineBuilder page, there is a menu titled 'Downloads'. Click the 'Assembly Instructions' button in the Downloads page. 
2. On the next page, the assembly instructions will immediately begin generating. Please note that depending on the size and complexity of your design, this process could take several minutes.
3. Once the download is complete, click the link that appears to download a PDF of your assembly instructions.

Custom Assembly Instructions

• If the assembly instructions generated by MachineBuilder are not detailed enough and you require additional instructions, reach out to your sales contact or the Vention support team (reachable at integrationsupport@vention.cc). If feasible, custom assembly instructions could be created for you manually, depending on your individual needs. 

Tips & Tricks

• If you know your design number, you can quickly access your MachineBuilder page by going to "https://vention.com/machine-builder/[insert_the_last_six_digits_of_your_design_number_here]"
